Where are the classes held?
Classes take place at a Marriott Hotel in the Conference Room. Address will be provided in email after sign up.
How long are the classes?
Classic and Volume (2-day class) are from 9 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. on Day 1 and 9 a.m. - 4pm on Day 2. For lash lift/perm class, it takes place starting at 5:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. right after the Classic class on Day 1.
When do I get my Kit that's included with my course?
Kits will be shipped to you prior to class. If you sign up for a course one week or less before the course dates, your kit may not come in on time for the class. Don't worry- you will have access to borrow products in order to complete the course successfully, and you will still receive your kit after class.
Do I need a Beauty License to take a course?
You do not need a beauty license before you take the class. Some students take the course while still in beauty school, or before they enroll in school and get their beauty license. However, keep in mind you may be required to have a license to perform eyelash extensions professionally in most states. Check with your state board department of licensing for requirements in your state.
Are these courses eligible for CE credits?
At this time, courses are not eligible for state board CE hours for your license.
Will I get a certificate the same-day that I finish my class?
Yes - If you have paid in full by the date of class.
What are my payment options?
OPTION 1: Pay in full at checkout.
OPTION 2: Enter code DEPOSIT at checkout to pay 50%. Remaining 50% due in class by cash or credit/debit card.
Do I need a live model to practice on?
Yes. It is very beneficial to your training to have someone- a friend, family member, or anyone- in order to get real hands-on experience and education. Details on model schedule will be sent in an email after you sign up.
What is your class refund policy?
Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Must provide 7-day notice of cancellation prior to class date.
Can I Switch Class Dates after booking?
Switching Dates Policy: You may request to switch to a different class date with a 7-day notice for no additional cost. If less than a 7-day notice is provided, there is a $250 charge to switch dates.
